Job Description:

  • The candidate must be smart, sensible, process oriented with the capability to capture nuts and bolts in a system
  • Self-initiated and takes lead on capturing opportunities from the emerging markets
  • Gather data by conducting various research and surveys to aid in sales and marketing
  • Coordinate between senior stake holders, sales and the marketing team to get consents and contribute by adding value to the overall sales process
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy and marketing initiatives as a Business Analyst and mentor juniors
  • Cross functional knowledge if not experience is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales Managers / Executives to understand the product & service offerings
  • Assess need in the new market, sketch the scope, research, conduct surveys, conceptualize and build multiple solution models, run a pilot by liaising with the colleagues, gather data, analyze opportunities favourable for the organization
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on all levels to deliver an outcome that improves their quality and timeliness
  • Maintain documentations at all levels that define / redefine every step in the process
  • Provide functional & business guidance to the sales team and be a bridge to all the stakeholders of the project including customers if needed
  • Quantify any financial accountability / budgetary requirements to the management and come up with resolutions, time frame and the impact on the team / organization
